By using the ScopeX platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the platform.

ScopeX provides business analysis services, professional documentation, and connects organizations with specialized talent under multiple contract models. The details and scope of each engagement are defined in the agreement specific to each project.

• Provide true and accurate information when registering and submitting requests.
• Keep login credentials confidential and not share them.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or violating purposes.

All intellectual property rights of the platform and its trademark belong to ScopeX. Ownership of deliverables handed over to the client is governed by the project agreement.

Services are provided with professional care. ScopeX is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the platform beyond the limits permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
